Raising a complaint
If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please raise your concerns with Keystone Law Limited in the first instance. Details of their complaints procedure are available on request or can be found on their website.
The Legal Ombudsman
If you are not satisfied with the response from Keystone Law Limited, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, which is an independent complaints body. There is no charge for this service.
